The Computer Control and Communication Lab research is focused on the convergence of communication and control and its applications.

Main research deals with:

TCP congestion control (see TCP Westwood)
Performance evaluation of congestion control algorithms in wired an wireless scenarios (GPRS/EDGE/UMTS)
Design of advanced congestion control algorithms for multimedia streaming and real time applications
