Gioacchino Manfredi graduated cum laude in Control Engineering in October 2018 from the Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis entitled Preventive Controller Optimal Design for Critical Infrastructure Security. In March 2019, he was awarded the excellent graduate prize from the Sapienza University of Rome. He is currently a PhD student in Control Engineering and his research focuses upon the topic Deep Reinforcement Learning for Autonomous Systems.
