Computer, Communication and Control Lab

The Computer Control and Communication Lab focus on the convergence of computer, communication and control to design and manage large complex systems.

Main current research activities are:

• TCP congestion control (see TCP Westwood)
• TCP congestion control for gigabit networks
• Performance evaluation of end-to-end control algorithms in wired an wireless scenarios (GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/IEEE 802.11)
• Design of advanced congestion control algorithms for multimedia streaming and real time applications
